Our Mission and Goals
Our mission is to provide non-native English speaking adults with dramatically improved language skills by providing an integrated and structure-based curriculum, and by providing a small student-teacher ratio. Our students are empowered with the necessary language skills to pursue their academic goals, and /or to secure improved employment opportunities, and/or personal enrichment opportunities. Effective teaching methodology and highly qualified instructors support our mission.
We believe the following objectives will guide our decisions and support our mission.
1. To uphold our commitment to have a diverse student body while ensuring that the academic and immediate (pragmatic) needs of our students are met.
2. To attract and retain experienced faculty and administrators in order to create a supportive network that encourages constant refinement of our school’s curriculum and student-centered environment.
3. To provide an environment that fosters a deeper understanding of American culture, and ensures that our students are able to successfully navigate their daily lives in the US.

At Links English Language Institute we pride ourselves on the connections we foster with students inside and outside of the classroom. Here at Links, the students really are put first and our curriculum demonstrates this.
The small class size not only gives every student the ability to maximize their speaking in the classroom, but also allows them individual time in the classroom with the teacher. Lessons and activities are geared at empowering our students with the structure and knowledge necessary to communicate confidently in English in everyday contexts and situations.
Our goal is to help our students develop the necessary proficiency they need to be able to communicate with any native or non-native English speaker they may encounter.
We strive to offer a curriculum that addresses real-world applications of a foreign language rather than just generic lessons from a book.
Our goal is for students to be able to take what they have learned in the classroom on any given day and be equipped to use it as soon as they leave the classroom.

Welcoming students since 2005
The school was started in 2005 by Snezana Opacic under a different Business name. At that time we started with few students. With excellent teachers and a quality program we were able to grow into one of the most respected ESL institutions in the area.
In 2013 we became LINKS English Language Institute and the reputation of our school has grown due to numerous success stories. Our students range from working class people to those with academic backgrounds.
The strength of our institution lies in its ability to accommodate the needs of various students coming from all over the world.
Certification
LINKS English Language Institute is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA) for the period of April 2021 through April 2030 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions.
LINKS English Language Institute is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students.
